All CCC product styles are designed and created in the West Indies:

1. Our Executive team is fluent in all facets of fabric design , finished manufacturing spanning 40 years.
2. CCC Executive team are fluent in product design, product development, manufacturing , manufacturing format, quality control and global logistics.
3. CCC utilizes 100% sustainable fabrics, trim, labels, dye, zippers, buttons, thread, packaging materials and recycled paper products.
4. CCC fabric mills and finished production factories hold Certified Compliant Certificates for 100% organic cotton, Hemp and organic cotton blends & 100% organic cotton fabrics, trim and Eko-dyes utilized in CCC production.
5. All CCC fabrics and products are lab-tested in the finest global lab testing facilities for: shrinkage, crocking(colorfast), care label recommendations, Tencel strength, UV blockage percentage, wicking.
6. All CCC fabrics are pre-washed prior to cutting to lower shrinkage percentages from 0-3% for both warp and weft ( vertical & horizontal) fabric yarns.
7. Product styles for CCC have been designed with upgraded features which can be called hidden but the term “OVERCONSTRUCTED” applies.

All the factories utilized by CCC operations are seasoned personnel in each component of manufacturing:

Fabric, trim, labels, zippers, buttons, thread quality control inspection protocol prior to cutting and/or manufacturing finished production of product.
Factory machine format and machine usage for each production process.
Quality control protocol utilized in numerous steps of production to maintain designated stitches per inch, bar-tacks throughout, embroidery clarity, designated specifications throughout, woven label quality control, fabric cutting height, fabric flaw inspection, fabric color, fabric dying and processes, fabric washes, ironing and final inspection process.
Hang-tag inspection process when attaching to finished product.
All paper-products : hang tags, shipping cartons made utilizing recycled paper products conforming to FSC recycled requirements
All recycled poly bags for individual product packaging conforming to FSC recycled requirements.
Finalized packaging inspection protocol ready for shipping.
